"I think that you are doing a wonderful job of keeping it mixed up and everyday doing something
new and different. That is what I like about the camp the most - the different ways of working each area. Like I have told you before I appreciate you pushing us but also leaving it up to us and how hard we want to work our own bodies. I can tell you that there are days I can do much more than other and it is nice to know that you are there to motivate us but not to push us over the edge. I have had personal trainers in the past and though I might have looked great I really did not enjoy or look forward to the next session. Not to mention a few injuries along the way from being pushed beyond my limits. So with that being said I am very much enjoying the camp and look forward to the next one."

"The camp itself I would give a 10. There were a variety of workouts and very challenging. I catch myself running mostly for exercise because it is what is easiest for me. I needed that core, muscle-building exercises as well. It was nice to have that guidance of someone telling you what to do. Also it was nice to meet some new people. It exceeded my expectations. I felt like I improved what I wanted to improve, and that was #1. I didn't miss a day although some days were tempting. It was because I knew in the end it was going to make a difference. You are a great instructor. Keep up the positive encouragement, and I know you will have a lot of people with many positive, healthy changes.

"I would recommend this camp to anyone. And I have! I've had friends ask me what kind of diet or exercise I was doing, because I was looking so toned again. That was great to hear, since I had a baby nine months ago and I couldn't find/stick to any type of exercise program. This gave me such a great kick-start again. I told them about the boot camp and all the great drills, the running and the classic types of exercises we did. The instructor is so full of energy and motivation that it just cracks me up all the time. Dawn makes it fun and challenging for anyone."

"Best work out experience I have ever been a part of. You do a great job at always sharing the modifications in your introduction of activities for those that needed it. I was not sure how my knees would hold up and it was nice to know the modification was available. Your passion for fitness is contagious, not to mention your hysterical comments!
